Know how to save your document in Microsoft Word in PDF format using the its own app furnished by Microsoft.
This method can be used to save directly in PDF. It was performed in Microsoft Word 2007, but however, in other versions, it can change some step-by-step sequency.
- First we are going to access the Microsoft website to download the Office`s 2007 suplement, click in the link < https://www.microsoft.com/pt-br/download/details.aspx?id=7 >, choose your Microsoft Word`s language and click on “download”.
- Click on the blue button located in the lower right corner “No, thanks and continue” and wait the download to finish.
- Now click on the downloaded file called “SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe”, which normally its located in the download folder in C:\Usuários\<Seu Usuário>\Downloads.
- Click on “Execute”, select the option “Click here to accept the license therm to Software Microsoft” and click on “continue”.
- Wait the installation finish, and when appear the mesage “the installation was conclude” and click in the “ok” button.
- Now open the Microsoft Word and type a random text to verify. If you would like, you can open any document created previously. Click on the Office symbol/logo localized in the upper left corner, click on “save as”, then in “PDF ou XPS”, choose the desired place to salve the document in PDF and clik on “post”.
- Done, it will open the file in PDF. Now you can close this screen and when you need to send this Word`s document, for example as a university work, you can send it in PDF.
